Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular tree inspections and risk assessments using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., VTA, TRAQ).
- Perform and supervise tree pruning, cabling, bracing, and removal operations in compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and manage plant health issues, including pest infestations, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.
- Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) plans for diverse landscape sites.
- Advise on soil management, mulching, irrigation systems, and plant selection to enhance landscape resilience.
- Maintain accurate records of tree inventory, inspection findings, and treatment reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and landscape architects to integrate arboricultural best practices into new developments.
- Ensure all arboricultural operations adhere to the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Management (Arboriculture) or Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Management.
- Certification in Tree Risk Assessment (e.g., ISA TRAQ, ASCA Registered) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Arborist or Horticulturist in a professional landscape maintenance environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of tree climbing techniques, rigging, and chainsaw operation.
- In-depth understanding of tropical plant species, pests, and diseases common to Singapore.
- Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
