Tanggung Jawab
- Create and revise architectural drawings using CAD/BIM software
- Develop detailed shop drawings for construction implementation
- Document as-built conditions through precise drafting and field verification
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Coordinate with design teams to maintain documentation consistency
- Review and validate drafting accuracy before submission
- Support project teams with technical documentation solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-standard drafting tools
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Detail-oriented with precision in technical documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
