Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints for new and existing Robinsons Supermarket locations
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate technical requirements seamlessly
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new store developments
- Manage design documentation and construction specifications
- Collaborate with retail operations teams to optimize space utilization and customer flow
- Review contractor submissions and ensure adherence to design specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial retail architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Proven ability to manage complex design projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Registered Architect (PRC license) with PRC ID number
- Portfolio demonstrating retail/supermarket design projects
