Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Prepare presentations and proposals for client approval
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building codes
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional license as an Architect in the Philippines
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (Revit)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
