Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Create detailed 3D renderings and visual presentations to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with Philippine National Building Code, local ordinances, and regulatory requirements
- Research and recommend materials, finishes, and construction methods appropriate for each project
- Participate in client meetings to present designs, address concerns, and incorporate feedback into project development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Registered Architect with valid PRC license (or eligible for licensure)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D rendering skills and construction document preparation
- Solid understanding of building codes, structural principles, and construction methodologies
- Excellent spatial reasoning, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Filipino or Ilocano is advantageous
