Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, from initial concepts to detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage multiple project lifecycles simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are strictly followed.
- Prepare high-quality visual presentations and 3D renderings for client approval.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Provide creative input during design meetings to solve complex spatial and structural challenges.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and permit application processes for various urban projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design skills and technical project management capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, construction materials, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
