Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure project feasibility and structural integrity.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and project documentation to clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications are strictly followed.
- Ensure all designs comply with national building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with vendors to ensure materials and finishes meet quality benchmarks.
- Incorporate sustainable design practices to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Architects in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial project experience.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and Philippine architectural standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client relations and team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
