Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, blueprints, and technical drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements and ensure construction quality aligns perfectly with design specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery within the hospitality sector.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and interior designers, to integrate structural and aesthetic elements seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress and design concepts clearly.
- Research and select sustainable building materials and innovative construction techniques suitable for resort environments.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Licensed Architect registration in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or resort architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building systems, and local building codes.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bohol, Central Visayas.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural projects and design capabilities.
