Coco Group Bali is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team in Kuta Selatan. As we continue to shape the future of retail environments in the region, we need a creative professional capable of blending functional retail design with the unique aesthetic charm of Bali.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of high-traffic retail spaces. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate brand identity into physical structures that drive customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead architectural projects that define the shopping experience for thousands of locals and international tourists alike.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs for retail stores and commercial facilities from concept to construction documentation.
- Lead site surveys and feasibility studies to ensure project alignment with local zoning and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with interior designers and visual merchandisers to optimize store layouts for maximum customer flow and conversion.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and technical drawings to present design concepts to executive leadership.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee on-site construction progress to ensure strict adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Implement sustainable and climate-appropriate design practices suitable for the tropical Bali environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail or commercial architectural design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local Indonesian building codes and construction permitting processes.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful retail projects and spatial planning capability.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian to bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
