Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design processes from concept through to completion
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and construction details
- Ensure design integrity and technical feasibility of all architectural projects
- Collaborate with engineering, interior design, and construction teams
- Develop sustainable and culturally appropriate design solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site architectural guidance
- Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proven ability to create innovative and functional design solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of Balinese architectural styles and cultural contexts is highly desirable
