As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise will guide the development of commercial and residential structures that enhance the urban landscape of Metro Manila.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed technical drawings using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to analyze project requirements and environmental factors.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and clients, to refine concepts.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of construction documents.
- Prepare and review blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions to optimize project outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Architect (Philippine Regulatory Board) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, structural principles, and building systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
