Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for commercial and residential projects
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project feasibility and alignment
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
- Prepare detailed specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Utilize CAD and BIM software for accurate modeling and documentation
- Present design proposals and modifications to stakeholders for approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- PRC-licensed Architect with minimum 2 years experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating design versatility and technical proficiency
