Tanggung Jawab
- Design detailed architectural plans and blueprints using AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Develop residential housing concepts aligned with client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for property development projects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity and functionality
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for construction phases
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders for approval
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (S1 Arsitek)
- Age 20-30 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and zoning regulations
- Excellent technical drawing and visualization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
