Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop architectural plans and drawings for various projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, material lists, and cost estimates for architectural projects
- Supervise construction projects to ensure designs are implemented correctly and according to specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Prepare presentations and visual materials to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an architect with a portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency
- Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Bali
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Creative thinking with a balance of artistic vision and practical functionality
