Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural designs, blueprints, and layouts for various industrial and commercial projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with national building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, material requirements, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to verify adherence to architectural plans and design intent.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to address technical issues proactively.
- Manage project timelines to ensure that milestones are met within the designated schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Must be a Licensed Architect (Board Passer).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in architecture or construction management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and contractors.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities regarding structural and design challenges.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
