Are you a visionary Architect passionate about creating functional and aesthetic spaces? A prestigious private firm based in Kebayoran Lama is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of diverse architectural projects, translating client visions into reality while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator capable of bridging the gap between design concepts, structural integrity, and owner expectations. You will work in a collaborative environment, coordinating seamlessly across multidisciplinary consultant teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project excellence from inception to completion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural designs, plans, and technical documentation in accordance with local regulations.
- Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project owners to ensure project alignment.
- Manage internal team workflows and provide technical guidance on design execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality meets design specifications.
- Ensure all project milestones are met within the designated timelines and budget constraints.
- Review and interpret building codes, zoning bylaws, and safety regulations for every project.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials and design reports for stakeholder reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating design versatility and technical competency.
