We are seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join Area Designs on a contract basis. Located in the heart of Ubud's vibrant creative community, you will have the opportunity to shape the aesthetic and functional landscape of our upcoming projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and conceptualization for new residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and ensure design compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges while maintaining budget constraints.
- Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architecture or a related design field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a Professional Architecture license.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or on-site capacity with a flexible schedule.
- A passion for sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is highly desirable.
