Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, tailored to client requirements and local regulations.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, gather measurements, and ensure design feasibility on location.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, material schedules, and tender documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements during the construction phase.
- Stay updated on local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Bali to ensure compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and project experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid Architect license (if applicable in Indonesia).
