Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative and realistic architectural concepts that align with current market trends and client goals.
- Create detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure architectural standards are met.
- Select appropriate materials and finishes that harmonize with the Bali environment and luxury standards.
- Prepare permit documentation and ensure all designs comply with local building regulations.
- Manage revisions and feedback from clients to ensure complete satisfaction with the final design.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably within the residential or luxury property sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural principles and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Exceptional creative design skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
