Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings, using industry-standard software.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, assess quality control, and ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed construction reports, cost estimates, and project status updates for management review.
- Ensure all designs and construction activities strictly comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets by identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and other technical teams to integrate structural and mechanical systems into the design.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Architect (RPA) or eligibility to take the licensure exam.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, construction materials, and standard methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
