Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to Singapore building codes, zoning laws, and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate technical documentation and permit applications to relevant authorities.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technical requirements into the design process.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for architectural software and systems.
- Conduct research on innovative building materials, sustainability practices, and modern construction technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working specifically in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and submission processes.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and other industry-standard architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.
