Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects including buildings, bridges, and public works
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative structural solutions meeting safety and performance standards
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for large-scale construction projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using BIM technologies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building codes, sustainability regulations, and industry best practices
- Mentor junior architects and engineers through knowledge sharing and professional development initiatives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across multidisciplinary teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- Professional registration with Singapore Board of Architects or Institution of Engineers
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural design for large-scale construction projects
- Expertise in Singapore's building regulations (BCA), fire safety codes, and sustainability requirements
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, SAP2000)
- Demonstrated project leadership experience in complex infrastructure developments
