Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design projects from conceptualization to detailed documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
- Facilitate client communication and manage stakeholder expectations
- Implement sustainable design practices and innovative building solutions
- Oversee project quality control and risk management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
