Tanggung Jawab
- Design functional and aesthetically pleasing F&B spaces (restaurants, cafes, bars) that enhance customer experience
- Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure structural and MEP systems integration
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new F&B developments
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within contract constraints
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback iteratively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in F&B architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing F&B projects with before/after transformations
- Understanding of hospitality-specific design requirements (kitchen workflows, seating ergonomics)
- Experience with Indonesian construction materials and local suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
