Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop architectural plans for hospitality buildings (hotels, resorts, restaurants)
- Balance aesthetic vision with functional requirements and structural integrity
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay updated on architectural trends and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
