The City Government of Silay is seeking a dedicated and visionary Architect II to join our team in the Bicol Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop architectural designs, site plans, and construction drawings for municipal government projects.
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and detailed cost estimates for infrastructure programs.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with the National Building Code.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and government officials to streamline project timelines.
- Review and evaluate building permit applications to ensure strict adherence to safety and zoning regulations.
- Manage architectural project documentation, including as-built plans and project progress reports.
- Provide expert advice to department heads on urban planning and infrastructure development strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Architect (RA 9266).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or public works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and related zoning laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
