Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
- Develop and present innovative design proposals, floor plans, and mood boards that align with client visions.
- Advise clients on suitable contract terms and project scopes, ensuring clarity and transparency from the start.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met at every stage from site survey to handover.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain high standards of execution.
- Proactively manage client relationships and expectations throughout the design and construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential or commercial architectural design and project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of creative conceptualization and technical documentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid working rights in Singapore.
