Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed 2D/3D design plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- Conduct client consultations to translate requirements into design solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders during implementation
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes within budget constraints
- Create compelling design presentations for client approval and stakeholder alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design or architecture experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design aesthetics
- Expert knowledge of space planning, materials, and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and budgets
