Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural and interior design concepts that meet client requirements and regulatory standards
- Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, preferences, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts and functional requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and assist with budget management throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on current design trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural and interior design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects with before-and-after transformations
- Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia
