Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative architectural concepts for both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D design visualizations and technical drawings for construction and renovation projects.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial design phases to final implementation and site supervision.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Source materials and furnishings that align with budget requirements and high-quality aesthetic standards.
- Maintain consistent branding elements across all physical locations, including signage and structural layout.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot technical design challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven professional experience in commercial or institutional architectural projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural integrity, local building codes, and material specifications.
- Exceptional visual communication skills with a keen eye for branding and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple project phases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful interior and exterior design work.
