Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise architectural projects from initial concept through to construction completion
- Manage design teams and coordinate with engineering, construction, and client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior architects and designers to foster professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with minimum 5 years' experience
- Proven track record in supervising architectural projects in Indonesia
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling software
- Strong understanding of local building codes and construction methods
- Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and completed projects
