Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior architects/designers to ensure quality deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and sustainability consultants
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and material selections
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders for approval
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive architectural experience with supervisory role
- Valid PRC Architect license with good standing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio demonstrating diverse project types (commercial/residential)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Building Code and construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple concurrent projects
