Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field data collection and processing for population density, territorial surveys, and regional mapping
- Analyze spatial data to inform architectural design decisions and urban development strategies
- Develop detailed urban planning reports integrating GIS mapping and demographic analysis
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and municipal planning authorities
- Ensure compliance with regional zoning regulations and environmental standards
- Utilize GIS technologies for spatial modeling and urban visualization
- Participate in site assessments and feasibility studies for new developments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- 3+ years experience in urban planning or architectural design
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and mapping technologies
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation expertise
- Knowledge of Indonesian urban planning regulations and zoning laws
- Field survey methodologies and spatial data collection techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
