Tanggung Jawab
- Create photorealistic 3D visualizations for villa and hospitality architectural projects
- Develop detailed interior and exterior 3D models using 3ds Max
- Collaborate with architects to translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Optimize rendering techniques to achieve high-quality results within project deadlines
- Maintain and update professional portfolio showcasing diverse architectural visualizations
- Implement lighting, texturing, and material specifications to enhance visual fidelity
- Participate in client presentations to explain visualization methodologies and artistic choices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a 3D Architectural Visualizer with portfolio demonstrating interior and exterior projects
- Mandatory proficiency in 3ds Max software
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and spatial relationships
- Ability to create photorealistic renderings with attention to lighting, materials, and composition
- Experience working on villa and hospitality sector projects
