Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Conduct research on local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable materials.
- Create 3D models and renderings for client presentations and internal reviews.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including specifications and reports.
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and verify design implementation.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers on design concepts and technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic architectural principles, design software, and construction methods.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and compile technical information.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes is a plus.
