Woh Hup is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the development of our upcoming Data Centre projects in Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will ensure that all construction activities align with the approved design intent, specifications, and quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and verify architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Manage document control procedures, including version control of drawings and transmittals.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Resolve design and construction-related queries in a timely manner to prevent delays.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination, preferably within Data Centre or high-rise construction projects.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
