- Lead BIM coordination workflows across project phases using Revit and Autodesk Build
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment
- Conduct design reviews and quality assurance checks for technical compliance
- Optimize project timelines and resource allocation for design deliverables
- Implement building code requirements and industry standards in all designs
- Support tender preparation and construction documentation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Revit and BIM management systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Build and other design software
- Strong understanding of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Experience in coordinating large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Excellent technical documentation and drawing management skills
- Certification in BIM coordination or related discipline preferred
