In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary link between architectural design intent and on-site construction execution, specifically focusing on complex Additions and Alterations (A&A) work.
As an Architectural Coordinator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and local authorities. You will be responsible for ensuring that design integrity is maintained throughout the construction phase while managing technical documentation and site coordination to keep projects on track. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the coordination of Additions and Alterations (A&A) projects from inception to completion.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local building codes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between design consultants, project managers, and site teams.
- Manage RFI (Request for Information) processes and resolve technical discrepancies on-site promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality aligns with the approved architectural specifications.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and project documentation for stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate with local authorities for permit approvals and ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination or site supervision, specifically within A&A projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations and submission requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage project timelines under pressure.
- Proven track record in technical problem-solving and site-based project management.
