You will be responsible for reviewing technical drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all work complies with local building codes and regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily project site progress and coordinate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with design intent.
- Conduct regular site inspections and walk-throughs to monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and internal design teams to clarify project requirements and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore’s Building Control Act, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and report any delays to project management.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits, approvals, and statutory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, site supervision, or construction management.
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s building codes, bye-laws, and construction standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems on-site efficiently.
- Valid Singaporean Driver’s License is preferred for site visits.
