Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D architectural models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Create and maintain construction documentation including plans, elevations, and sections
- Perform clash detection and coordination between building systems
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Support project teams with BIM implementation and model management
- Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates from digital models
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations
- Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
