Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and issuance of structural drawings and architectural plans.
- Manage the project approval processes with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to support design development and clash detection.
- Provide essential on-site support during construction phases to address design queries.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal design teams.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation meet regulatory standards and quality requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Design Coordinator or similar design role.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD).
- Solid knowledge of structural drawing standards and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
