Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine architectural designs and structural details for LTA-specific projects.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and external consultants to ensure design synchronization.
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design reports.
- Monitor site progress to ensure structural compliance with approved architectural design drawings.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to secure necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage project documentation, including change requests, RFIs, and architectural design variations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to address design-related challenges and provide technical solutions on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design or engineering, specifically within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of working on LTA or similar large-scale public transportation projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, LTA standards, and submission requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
