Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative conceptual and schematic design solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic goals.
- Conduct thorough site feasibility studies and zoning analyses to inform project planning.
- Prepare high-quality design proposals, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for stakeholder review.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering departments to ensure design integrity and structural feasibility.
- Prepare and manage detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure all phases meet strict internal and client-driven deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings to present design progress and incorporate project-specific feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural design or consultancy role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards within Singapore.
- Proven ability to translate abstract design concepts into technical, buildable documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in schematic design and complex architectural detailing.
