Tanggung Jawab
- Create innovative design concepts and develop detailed architectural drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings and 3D models
- Develop construction documents, including plans, elevations, and details
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and ensure designs align with existing structures
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into designs
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and technical skills
