In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end delivery of complex architectural projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs from the conceptual stage through to detailed design documentation.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and physical models to communicate design intent to stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and technical compliance.
- Prepare submission drawings and technical documentation for authority approvals (e.g., URA, BCA).
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and building systems that align with sustainable design goals.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality adheres strictly to architectural drawings and specifications.
- Participate in design charrettes and project meetings to foster innovation and solve complex spatial challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, preferably on large-scale urban projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) is essential; experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and statutory submission requirements.
- Excellent design, graphic presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing collaborative team.
