Tanggung Jawab
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models for diverse project types
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance
- Prepare design documentation including specifications, material schedules, and cost estimates
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders incorporating feedback revisions
- Research emerging materials, technologies, and sustainable design methodologies
- Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain design integrity through all development phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related design field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and technical execution skills
- For senior roles: minimum 5+ years of experience with Singaporean project delivery
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes, URA guidelines, and construction practices
- Excellent visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
