PT Elper Development is seeking a talented Architectural Drafter to join our growing team in the beautiful island of Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating accurate technical drawings that serve as the foundation for our premium villa projects.

As part of our design team, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that every line, dimension, and detail meets the highest standards of quality and local compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Create precise architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Update and revise existing project drawings based on architectural feedback and site conditions.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and coordinate technical specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and generate as-built drawings to reflect real-world changes.
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere to local building codes and regulatory standards in Indonesia.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for all project drawings and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and permit submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related Drafter certificate.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar technical drawing role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural terminology, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
