Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into buildable plans
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Revise and update drawings based on design feedback and project requirements
- Prepare technical specifications for materials, finishes, and building systems
- Assist in site visits to verify field conditions and document existing structures
- Maintain organized digital drawing files and project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
