Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD for architectural projects
- Develop accurate 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp
- Prepare construction documentation including plans, elevations, and sections
- Collaborate with design teams to implement revisions and modifications
- Ensure drawings comply with Indonesian building codes and Bali's specific regulations
- Coordinate with contractors during construction phase for documentation updates
- Maintain organized digital archives of project drawings and revisions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional drafting experience
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting
- Expertise in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced design environment
