We are currently seeking a talented professional to join our studio, specializing in the design and documentation of luxury villas and high-end hospitality projects. In this role, you will be the bridge between conceptual design and final construction, translating creative visions into precise technical drawings that meet international standards.

You will work alongside architects and designers to ensure that every line, dimension, and detail meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to refine project concepts.
- Revise and update existing floor plans, elevations, and sections based on feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and Indonesian regulations.
- Generate material lists, construction details, and project specifications.
- Assist in site visits and documentation as required by project managers.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably in the hospitality or residential sector.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
